Aged for six months in American oak bourbon barrels

Rice, glutinous

THE LOOK
Medium amber color

THE NOSE
Vibrant, fruity, subtle hints of rice pudding, dried fruit, vanilla

THE TASTE
Smooth, flavors of rice, caramel, toasted candied almonds, mild woodspice. Finish is subdued with a hint of burnt sugar and lingering tannic oak.
